60 minute first appointment to learn about your goals and provide foundational dietary education for diabetes management

Dietitian Review 

30 minute follow up appointments to provide additional dietary education and recommendations to fulfil your goals

Rebates

Medicare

If you have a Chronic Condition Management (CCM) Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for dietitian consultations.

  • Rebate: up to $61.80 per session

  • Limit: up to 5 sessions per calendar year

  • Approx. out-of-pocket costs:

    • Initial consult: ~$80

    • Review consults: ~$10

A valid GP referral is required.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate.

  • Rebates vary by fund and level of cover

  • May be a percentage back or a set dollar amount

  • Annual limits may apply
